As I previewed the shot above, I felt my heart leap out of my chest. I had my headphones on and let out a cheer (more like scream of excitement). Then I realized the whole coffee shop heard too.

This was my first time filming Super 8 on B&W film. When I received the footage back from the lab I was eager to view it. Found a coffee shop nearby and as soon as I played it, I was taken aback. This film stock truly transports you to back in time.
